We did a special graffiti removal job on the 9th and 10th floor of an apartment building in downtown Denver.
This is not the kind of graffiti removal job to be taken lightly. Not only were the tags huge – taking almost the whole floor – but there were no railings on the outside of the building. We had to make sure our guys were tied off with full safety harnesses to prevent a fall.
So when the company that owned the building thought our bid was too high, we suggested they check around to find other bids. And they couldn’t find anyone else who would even attempt the job.
We were glad there weren’t any low bidders – but not because we wanted the job. We knew that anyone who would lowball a job like this could only be someone who didn’t understand what it would take to get the work done. Some jobs just can’t be done cheaply and done right at the same time.
While we have never removed graffiti this high in the air before, we’ve done many other pressure washing jobs high up in the air. We do a lot of work on construction pressure washing projects that require safety gear and boom lifts to get the job done.
You can’t go into a job like this blindly. It takes a lot more work and planning to do the job safely. And the safety of our employees will always be our number one priority.
So if you need graffiti removal services on a job that no one else will attempt, call our office and we’ll take care of it for you.
