Last week, Steak and Shake restaurants called us to pressure wash their two restaurants in Denver.
They wanted them as clean as possible for their grand re-opening.
Like many restaurants, there were a lot of oil stains in the drive-thru area from dripping cars. And many drivers had dropped their gum out the window as they pulled up to get their food.
There were some stains on the back entrance area where deliveries are made and trash and grease are hauled out. To get all the grease stains off, we used degreaser and scrubbed it in before pressure washing.
The dumpster enclosure needed a good cleaning where they missed dumpster with the trash and spilled grease when they dumped fryer oil.
We set up our recovery trailer to catch the wastewater before it could run across the parking lot. This restaurant is right next to the South Platte River in Sheridan, Colorado.
Water recovery is important no matter where you pressure wash but there’s no margin for error when the river is only a few feet away.
We pressure wash hundreds of restaurants every year and have developed procedures to do it right at a cost effective price. If we can be of service to your company, call our office at 303-937-7181 or email us at info@washonwheels.net.
