The City of Arvada had some remodeling done on a street median and needed pressure washing for a final cleanup.

They needed us to control the flow of the waste water, recover it, and dispose of it properly. They didn’t want it running across the street, being driven through, and getting into the storm drains.

They needed us to pressure wash a few thousand feet of the remodeled median. And we had to schedule the work around the construction crew and rush hour traffic. We had to block one lane with our wash truck and recovery trailer and they didn’t want us to hold up more traffic than was necessary.

It took a few days to get all the pressure washing done with the short time we could work each day. But the city and the contractors were happy with the results.

Having the capacity to arrange our schedule around the times they needed us there was critical in making this job work for everyone. We didn’t want our crews sitting around waiting so we scheduled other small jobs before and after the time we worked on this project.

Making the best possible uses of our equipment and manpower helps us keep our charges down to our clients. If we had dedicated all that capacity for a full day and only been able to work 4-5 hours it wouldn’t have been profitable.

Being able to schedule our crews to use their time effectively and still be on the job when our clients need us helps us keep what we charge our clients as low as possible. They know they can count on us to do every job as cast effectively as possible. That’s why our clients call us back – and have since 1985.

If you need pressure washing, call a company that runs efficiently and keeps their charges as low as possible.
