This time of year with the snow flying and the roads covered in muck, the trucks bringing in the equipment and displays for this year’s annual International Sportsmen’s Expo were filthy. It’s important to get as much mud, snow and ice off as possible so it doesn’t get tracked into the Convention Center.
We set up a truck with a two-man crew downstairs at the delivery entrance so we could wash the trucks as they come in. All our pressure washing trucks carry two hot-water machines so we can clean the delivery trucks quickly. Since they usually arrive in bunches, especially in the morning, we have to move quickly to prevent the line in the street from backing up too far. This picture shows what it was like when they first opened.
Running two and three-man crews on our trucks allows us to do more work with the same amount of equipment. And the crews stay together so they learn to work as a team with little wasted motion.
A small company that washes a truck here and a deck there will never come close to the speed our teams work at every day. This is how 1+1=4. Throw in the third man and it goes off the charts. This is how we can wash more than 100 cars per hour with each truck.
Our efficiency allows us to provide the best possible prices to our clients while maintaining the highest standards. It takes years to develop the procedures to work this smoothly. Our clients get the benefit of our 25 years experience.
